Dear Manabu Hubs Tech Hubs and Community
When I first envisioned Manabu Hubs years ago, I never imagined we would become the global tech community and incubator we are today. As a Senior Tech and developer-founder myself, I spent years building my own software platforms. Like many solo founders, I faced the harsh reality of growth: the difficulty of selling a SaaS product, the isolation of working alone, and the total lack of a supportive network.
When I moved to Fukuoka, the gap in support was evident. There was no CIC, no Venture Café, and no bilingual tech communities; the small groups that existed were disappearing. I still remember a close friend, a Korean founder, telling me:
"I am leaving Japan with mixed feelings."
It broke my heart to see talented founders abandon their dreams and investments because they lacked a local bridge to success”
While Japan faces challenges with talent and competition from rising hubs in Taiwan and Korea, we made a strategic choice: We stayed in Fukuoka and launched from here. We stayed because we believe in this city's potential. We decided to build the support system that I wish I had when I started.

何年も前にマナブハブズを構想した時、今日のようなグローバルなテックコミュニティ兼インキュベーターになるとは夢にも思いませんでした。
開発者兼創業者として、私は長年自身のソフトウェアプラットフォームを構築してきました。多くの単独創業者と同様、成長に伴う厳しい現実に直面しました。SaaS製品の販売の難しさ、単独作業の孤独感、そして支援ネットワークの完全な欠如です。
福岡に移住した時、支援体制の不足は明らかでした。CICも、ベンチャーカフェも、バイリンガルのテックコミュニティも存在せず、わずかにあった小さなグループも消えつつありました。今でも覚えています。親しい友人である韓国人起業家が「複雑な気持ちで日本を去る」と言った言葉を。才能ある起業家たちが、成功への地元の架け橋を欠くために夢と投資を諦める姿を見るのは、胸が張り裂ける思いでした。
日本が台湾や韓国の新興拠点との人材・競争力面で課題に直面する中、私たちは戦略的な選択をしました。福岡に残ることを選んだのです。この街の可能性を信じているから。起業時に自分自身が欲しかった支援システムを、自ら築くことを決意したのです。

今日、私たちはここまで辿り着いたことを祝います。テックノマド、創業者、サブスクリプション会員、パートナーの皆様の支援なくして、この成長は実現しませんでした。今年は新たな覚書（MoU）とオーストラリア・日本・台湾を結ぶグローバルパートナーシップを通じ、ミッションを正式に確立しました。
